Dj Luminati, born and raised in Saginaw, MI where he was raised around music in church and in school. After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Dj Luminati returned home and now resides in Flint, MI. Dj Luminati started deejaying in the year 2,000, in Jebel Ali just playing music for fun while in the U.S. Navy. While stationed in Manama, Bahrain in 2001, Dj Luminati was tired of hearing and seeing Djs not mix, in addition to blend tracks properly, while at local night clubs. Dj Luminati’s love for music influenced him to take a bet from a friend to go to the Dj booth and start deejaying. This is when the Dj Luminati evolution began. Luminati was the number one Dj in Manama, Bahrain for 16 months straight. During that time Dj Luminati had a vision to expand his brand and take his career to the next level. He has put together over 25 industry mix-tapes & over 400 industreets mix-tapes across the 50 states and overseas.

Luminati has formed very strong alliances with up & coming, plus independent artists to establish a strong future of our music industry. Dj Luminati, has worked with Street Report, Muzic Swagg, Blast Da Nation, Hot Block, Thawed 
(Fomerly DaHype), and various other urban culture magazines to help shine a light on independent artist in addition to music. Dubbed as Mr. “Get It”, Dj Luminati has also worked with Digi Prozs, a promotional branding company to help independent businesses and artists get the exposure that’s needed to help expand their visibility. “Mr. Get It” has been nominated for various awards such as The Salute The Djs, Justo, Duval Diamond, The SEA, The Review  Magazine, & Hot Block Magazine Awards just to name a few. Dj Luminati has been featured in countless magazines, blogs, and websites around the world. Luminati joined forces with Ms. Sunshine & Chyna Doll to curate The Boy Shorts & Stilettos Show. The Boy Shorts & Stilettos Show gained over 10,000 listeners and dominated airwaves on blog talk radio.

Dj Luminati was also featured on the Jack Frost Show for mix-show live, on 94.3 WKUF. DJ Luminati worked with an interned for Cumulus Broadcasting assisting with promotions for Z92.7, CK 105.5, Super Talk 1570, & Fox 103.9. Luminati has worked closely with Dj crews such as Blok Club Djs, X-Squad Djs, International Dj Trade, Nerve Djs, & Djs United to help break artists, music, in addition to their brands on a nationwide & global level. The goal has and will continue to be; to bring music back to it’s original essence. Dj, Luminati wants to push any genre of music to maximum capacity and continue to open doors in addition to opportunities. Dj Luminati has geared up to bring quality customer service and professionalism back to the forefront. Through these ventures, DJ Luminati was able to create T. Lewis Photography & Films. The objective is to help create quality photos and video content for artists, models, and businesses.
